International Orders

We ship to any location on the planet that legally allows the importation of tobacco.

Please note we are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. We will furnish proof that the package in question left our facility nothing more. If they are lost in the post or seized by customs no refunds will be given. However, we will help claim from Pos Malaysia if the package is lost before it goes out of Malaysia. If the package is lost in your country, then you will have to claim loses from the postal company in your country. So far, our track record shows that there is no loses for any customer.

It is the customers responsibility to determine if the products you are buying are legal for import in to your country. All international orders will be shipped via Pos Malaysia parcel service. Tracking number will be updated at the order once the package is posted.

Customs duties and any applicable taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in any international shipping charge.

By ordering tobacco products from our site you are certifying that you (customer) are of legal age in your state of residence and are responsible for all local tobacco duties and taxes.
