Kindly be informed that Pos Malaysia had increase the shipping fee from 50% to more than 100% for all products starting 1/2/2020.
Example of increase are as below:Tracking number - increase from MYR4.6 to MYR10.5250 gram flexipak - increase from MYR16 to MYR28500 gram flexipak - increase from MYR29 to MYR481000 gram flexipak - increase from MYR52 to MYR88
We are as shocking as you do. But we cannot do anything as it is the sole postal service that can provide cheap shipping service at Malaysia. Other courier services are charging more expensive postage than Pos Malaysia.
We had updated the shipping rate at our website as below:250 gram flexipak including Tracking number and Paypal fee - MYR52500 gram flexipak including Tracking number and Paypal fee - MYR741000 gram flexipak including Tracking number and Paypal fee- MYR116
We hope that we can still continue to service you as our valued customer as what we have done for the pass 6 years.
